Shaadi Album: wedding album design, approved online

Every studio knows the slowest part of a wedding is not the shoot. It is the album. Days of laying out spreads, then weeks of WhatsApp messages: "can you change the photo on page 14", "mummy wants the haldi photo bigger", "which version is the final one?". Shaadi Album turns that into one tap for the studio and one link for the couple.

One tap makes the whole album

  • The studio picks a look and a size: Auto, Short (10 to 15 spreads), Standard (15 to 25) or Grand (25 to 40).
  • ShaadiMode builds the album from the studio's own uploaded photos. If the couple has picked favourites, it uses those first.
  • Every function gets its own chapter, in date order: Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, the wedding, whatever the wedding had.
  • No photo is used twice. The best photo goes on the cover. The couple's names, the date and the place come from the wedding itself, so nothing is made up.

With 40 or more photos, Auto gives a full 12-spread album. The studio can then change anything.

14 looks, in three styles

The looks change the shape of the pages, not just the colours. Bold & story: Modern Luxe, Documentary, Cinematic and Fine Art. Layout styles: Bento Grid, Scrapbook Collage, Geometric Shapes, Film Strips, Frame in Frame and Panorama Bands. Magazines: Fashion Magazine, Travel Magazine, Coffee Table Book and Newspaper, where the wedding becomes the front page of The Wedding Times.

The studio edits like a designer, without being one

  • Tap any photo to swap or re-crop it, and tap any word to rewrite it.
  • More options lets the studio change a spread's design, the paper, the font, or move and delete spreads.
  • Everything saves on its own. Nothing is lost if the laptop closes.
  • Before printing, a print check reads the real size of every photo and warns about any photo that would print soft.

The couple approves it on their phone

When the album is ready, the studio sends the couple one link on WhatsApp. The couple sees the album as a flip book, page by page. They can ask to swap a photo for another one from the same moment, change the words on a page, or leave a note like "make this one bigger". Each request lands with the studio, who accepts it or says no.

When the couple is happy, they tap Approve. That version is saved with a number, so the studio always knows exactly which album the couple said yes to. If the studio changes anything afterwards, the album goes back to the couple to approve again.

Why studios will like it

  • Days of layout become minutes, so the album reaches the couple while the wedding is still fresh.
  • All the changes sit in one place, not scattered across chats.
  • There is never a fight about which version was final.
  • The couple sees only the album the studio sent, never the draft.
