Set up your studio
Add your studio name, logo, colours, UPI and WhatsApp number. You get your own shop page with your prices on it.
Make the client's invite
Add the client, pick from nearly 150 designs and fill in names, dates and venues. Each item gets 3 free re-makes.
Send a preview, get it approved
Your client gets a link watermarked with your studio name. They tap Approve or write the changes they want.
Mark it final and deliver
Credits are spent only now. Your client gets the clean video and link, a copy for every family, and can send it on WhatsApp.

Pack prices are before GST; a smaller starter pack is in your studio. Credits last 12 months. “About” uses the 100-credit pack (₹14.99 a credit); bigger packs bring it down to ₹10.00.

What is an invite creator on ShaadiMode?
An invite creator is anyone who makes wedding invitations and save the dates for clients: a design studio, a freelancer, a print shop or an Instagram page. The creator account gives you nearly 150 ready designs (website invites, save the dates, 3D, caricature, countdown and Gaana sung films) to make in your own brand, with previews, client approval and delivery in one place.
How much does it cost to start?
The account is free, and your first few invites are on us: verify your WhatsApp number and you get 50 welcome credits, enough for 5 website invitations or 6 save the dates, to use within 30 days (not on Gaana songs; one studio per number). After that you buy credits in packs, and each design costs you from 8 credits (about ₹120). There is no monthly fee.
How many credits does each invitation cost?

A copy for every family costs 1% of the invite's credits per family. At the 100-credit pack, one credit is ₹14.99.
How much can I charge my clients?
You set your own price for every design on your shop page, and your client pays you directly on UPI. ShaadiMode takes no share of what you charge; you only pay for the credits you use.
Will my clients see the ShaadiMode name?
No. Your clients and their families see only your studio’s name and logo: on the preview, the shop, the finished invite and the films. The invitation link itself is on shaadimode.com. Pro, coming soon, adds your own link; creators who reach Gold get it free for 3 months.
When are credits taken?
Only when you mark an order final, after your client has approved the watermarked preview. Each item gets 3 free re-makes before a re-make costs credits again. A film that fails to render is never charged.
Can each guest family get its own invitation with their name?
Yes. One invite becomes a copy for every family, greeted by name and showing only the functions they are invited to. It costs 1% of the invite's credits per family, and is free on your first 3 weddings.
Can I send the invitations on WhatsApp for my client?
Yes. Send to every family from our WhatsApp number for 0.1 credit a message. Credits are held before sending and any message that doesn't go out is given back.
Do credits expire?
Credits from a pack last 12 months from the day you buy them. Welcome credits last 30 days. Bonus credits are credits only, never cash.
Can my designers work on the same account?
Yes. Your team shares one credit wallet and you see who used what. A designer you don't give money access to sees no prices, earnings or client phone numbers.
What does my client get after the invite is final?
A clean video download and the invite link, with your name on it. The couple also gets a free ShaadiMode account on that wedding to add guests and send; the design and the names stay with you.
