A WhatsApp wedding concierge that answers your guests for you
ShaadiMode's guest helper is an AI wedding assistant on WhatsApp. Guests message it about timings, the venue, the dress code, their room or their pickup, and it answers only from the details you have entered for your wedding. If the answer isn't there, it tells the guest the family will reply and hands the question to you.
It replies in the guest's own language: English, Hindi in Devanagari, or Hinglish. It comes with Signature, where you choose how it works: it drafts every reply and you approve it from your own WhatsApp before it goes, or it replies on its own when it is sure and still sends you whatever it isn't sure about.

What it answers
What can the guest helper answer?
Only what is in your wedding's own details. Each answer comes from something you entered:
- Which function, when and where. From your functions: the date, time, arrive-by time, muhurat, venue and address, with a map pin for the venue.
- What to wear. From each function's dress code and its line on what to avoid.
- Their room and checkout. From the rooms you assign, and the checkout time you add under Good to know.
- Their pickup or drop. From the cars you arrange for that family, and the shuttle timetable.
- Food and drinks. From your answer on veg, Jain and alcohol, and the menu card if you have shared one.
- Gifts. From your gift note and registry.
- Seats for their family. How many seats their own invitation carries. It never promises one more.
- Live stream, album and who to call. From the links and contacts already on your invitation.
- Everything else you've written. Your answers to the 15 questions guests ask, and the Good to know lines on your invitation.
Where it stops
What does it never answer on its own?
- Anything that isn't in your details. It never guesses a date, time, venue, name or price. It tells the guest the family will reply and sends the question to you.
- Topics you keep for yourself. Mark gifts and cash amounts, the guest list, the budget, vendors or family matters, and it hands those to you in every mode.
- Payment details. It never reads out your shagun UPI ID, QR code or bank details.
- Other families' details. Each family hears only about their own invitation, room and pickup. It won't say who else is invited or how anyone replied.
- The total headcount. "How many people are coming?" is left to you on purpose.
- Orders hidden in a message. A guest's message is read as a question, never as an instruction to change its rules.
The hand-off
How does it hand a question to the family?
When the answer isn't in your details, or the topic is one you keep for yourself, the helper tells the guest the family will reply, in the script they wrote in. A guest who wrote in Hinglish reads "Ek minute, family se confirm karke batati hoon." One who wrote in Devanagari reads "एक मिनट, परिवार से पूछ कर बताती हूँ।"
When it can't answer at all, the guest also gets a contact card for the first contact on your invitation, so they have a real number to tap and call.
You get the question on your own WhatsApp with its draft. Reply A with the number to send the draft, E with the number and your own words to send those instead, or S to skip.
If nobody on your side answers, the guest isn't left waiting for ever. After a while the helper sends its draft if the draft came from your details, or your contact card if it didn't.

Answers fully grounded in your details go out at once. Anything it is less sure of falls back to check-first, and anything it can't answer comes to you.

Guests' questions come to your family as they do today. Move up to Signature to turn the helper on.

Languages
Which languages does it reply in?
It replies in the language and script the guest writes in: English, Hindi in Devanagari, or Hinglish in Roman letters. Under How it sounds you can fix one reply language, choose whether it speaks as "we" or about "the family", casual or formal, and add your own sign-off. Every reply is 60 words or fewer.
On a guest's first message it also offers a tap menu in Hinglish: Function kab, kahan · Mera room · Mera pickup/drop · Kya pehnu · Khana kya hai · Change my RSVP · Mujhe call karwa dijiye. A tap is answered straight from your details, at once.
How do guests reach it?
Guests message ShaadiMode's WhatsApp number, the one your invitations are sent from. Nothing to install and no new app. The helper knows which wedding and which family is asking from the guest's phone number on your guest list; a guest on two weddings' lists is asked which one. A number that isn't on any guest list gets no reply.

Fill in your wedding
Your functions with times and venues, each dress code, the contacts for the day, and rooms and pickups if you are arranging them. The helper reads these.

Set how it sounds
As "we" or about "the family", casual or formal, in English, Hindi or Hinglish, with your own sign-off.
Choose what it won't discuss
Gifts and cash amounts, the guest list, budget, vendors and family matters can always come to you instead.

What is a WhatsApp wedding concierge?
A WhatsApp number your wedding guests can message with questions, which answers for the family. ShaadiMode's guest helper answers from your wedding's own details and hands anything else to you.
Can the AI make up an answer?
It is told to answer only from your wedding's details and never to guess a date, time, venue, name or price. If the answer isn't there, it tells the guest the family will reply and sends the question to you. In check-first mode you approve every reply before it goes.
Which languages does it reply in?
English, Hindi and Hinglish. It mirrors the script the guest writes in, unless you set one reply language under How it sounds.
Which plan includes the guest helper?
Signature (₹6,999 once per wedding). On Signature you choose: it drafts every reply and you approve it, or it replies on its own when it is sure. It is not on Free or Plus.
Do guests need an app or a new number?
No app. Guests message ShaadiMode's WhatsApp number, the one your invitations are sent from, and the helper recognises them by the phone number on your guest list.
Will it tell one family about another?
No. It answers each family about their own invitation, room and pickup only, and won't say who else is invited or how anyone replied.
Can a guest stop the messages?
Yes. A guest who writes STOP or "band karo" gets no more messages, and can write START to turn them back on.
Does it answer questions about shagun or gifts?
It shares your gift note and registry if you have one. It never reads out a UPI ID, QR code or bank details, and you can mark gifts and cash amounts as a topic it always hands to you.
