What is the ShaadiMode photographer account?
It lets a wedding photographer or studio deliver photos the modern way: guests find the photos they are in with one selfie, the couple picks their album on their phone, and your studio name is on everything. It also gives you the day's checklist, the family list and a delivery tracker for every wedding.
How much does it cost?
Your first wedding is free, up to 5,000 photos. After that you choose a yearly plan by photos, with any number of weddings: Starter ₹2,999 a year for 25,000 photos (or ₹1,069 a quarter for 6,250), Pro ₹6,999 a year for 1,00,000 photos (or ₹2,499 a quarter for 25,000), Studio ₹13,999 a year for 2,50,000 photos (or ₹4,999 a quarter for 62,500), before GST. Yearly costs 30% less than four quarters. More photos are ₹999 for 10,000.
What counts as a photo?
Every photo on your weddings counts once: the ones you upload (your untouched originals included) and the ones guests take with the Photo Booth camera. Only a guest's full-size HD photo counts as two. You can set a limit on guest photos for each wedding so they never use up what your uploads need.
Does the couple have to pay anything?
No, not for the photos. Your plan covers every photo on the weddings you run. The couple can still buy ShaadiMode for their invitations and guest tools, or you can gift it to them.
How do guests find their photos?
They open your gallery link from WhatsApp or the QR at the venue and take one selfie. They see only photos they are in, plus the ones you or the couple make public. Their face data is used only for that wedding and can be deleted any time.
Can my team use it?
Yes, on the Studio plan. Add your second shooters, editors and album designers. Each one gets only what their job needs: an album designer sees the picks, not the guest list.
Can I sell invitations to my couples?
