How do you show wedding photos live on the venue screen?

  1. Open the wall on the venue screen. Any TV or projector with a browser, or a laptop plugged into it.
  2. Upload while you shoot. On Pro, photos come straight off your camera over Wi-Fi; on every plan, guests shoot through the table QR.
  3. Approve what plays. Only approved photos reach the wall.

Questions about live photo walls

Do guest photos show on the wall straight away?

Only after you approve them. By default approved photos play on the wall at once, even when guests' own galleries open the next morning, and the top shooters of the night get their own slide.

Is guests' face data safe?

A guest's selfie is used only to find their photos in that one wedding. Guests see only the photos they are in plus the ones you or the couple make public, and their face data can be deleted any time.
