Shaadi Reels: every guest gets their own reel

Picture the morning after the sangeet. Two hundred guests wake up and open Instagram. Usually they post the same three blurry phone pictures. With Shaadi Reels, each of them taps one button and gets a finished vertical reel made only from the professional photos they are in, with music, ready to post. Not the couple's reel. Theirs.

How a guest gets their reel

  • The guest opens the wedding's photo link and takes one selfie. ShaadiMode finds every photo they appear in.
  • Once at least 2 photos of them are up, a Make my reel button appears.
  • They tap it. The reel is made in the cloud from their own photos, usually in well under a minute.
  • It opens on their phone with Save and Share. Asking again gives the same reel straight away, and a new one is made only when new photos of them go up.

No editing, no app to install, no picking photos. One selfie, one tap.

Twelve looks, chosen once by the photographer

The photographer picks one look for the whole wedding: Infinite Zoom, Instant Film, Name Window, Album Flip, Golden Light, Shape Masks, 90s Shaadi, Wedding Story, Photo Dump, Memory Rewind, Beat Sync or Split & Swap. Each look needs a minimum number of photos, from 2 for Infinite Zoom up to 12 for Split & Swap. A guest who doesn't have enough photos yet for the chosen look still gets a reel: ShaadiMode quietly uses the closest look their photos allow, so nobody is left out.

Every reel is an advert for the studio

This is the part photographers love. Each reel can carry the studio's logo or name in the corner the photographer picks. When a guest posts it, all of their followers see the studio's work, with the studio's name on it, on the day everyone is talking about the wedding. Two hundred guests posting is two hundred small adverts the studio never had to pay for.

Music: the look's own track, or the studio's song

Every look comes with a track made for it. A studio can also upload up to 10 songs of its own, choose where each one starts, and use them on any wedding it runs. Uploading asks the studio to confirm it has the rights to the song.

The photographer stays in control

  • Reels are off for every wedding until the photographer turns them on.
  • Guests only ever get photos they are allowed to see. Hidden and private photos never go into a reel.
  • Only the guest's own photos are used. Nobody gets a reel of someone else.
