Wedding invitation song for friends: Squad Anthem

♫ Book your tickets, take your leave…

Squad Anthem is an English party-pop wedding invitation song made for your friends, not your relatives: bright, bouncy and a little cheeky, with a cartoon friend gang dancing through every function. Halfway into the first verse it stops and calls each friend out by name — yes, you, no excuses this time.

About Squad Anthem

Who it suits

It is written the way friends talk to each other: book your tickets, take your leave, the bride's girls versus the groom's boys.

The film is pop-art cartoons with confetti and quick cuts, so it plays well as a forward in a college group or an office chat.

Best for: College friends, work friends and cousins — anyone the couple would rather tease than formally invite.

For each guest

What every guest sees in Squad Anthem

  1. A WhatsApp message from the couple with a link to their song.

  2. One tap: the film plays with sound, in their phone's browser.

  3. The song stops and a voice calls them by name.

  4. Under the film: their functions, the venue with directions, and their invitation to reply.

Questions

Squad Anthem, answered

Can I send a different invitation song to friends than to family?

Yes. Make one song for family, like Mahal Romance, and Squad Anthem for friends; each group's links send their own film.

What does a friend hear in Squad Anthem?

'Hey Rohan! Yes, you… no excuses this time!' — with their own name — before the song carries on.

Is Squad Anthem in English?

Yes, entirely in English. Yaaron Ki Shaadi is the Hindi party version for friends.
