Wedding invitation · Muslim
A nikah invitation usually opens with Bismillah, names the bride and groom with their parents, and gives the nikah time, often after a namaz such as Zuhr or Isha, with the venue. The walima, hosted by the groom's family, gets its own line or card. Customs vary a great deal by region, so families adapt the list below.

Questions
The walima is the reception hosted by the groom's family after the nikah, often the next day. Many families give it a separate card or its own line with a different venue.
Not yet. Urdu is written right to left, and the designs are not built for right-to-left text, so it is left out rather than shown wrongly. Many families write the invitation in English or Hindi and keep Urdu for the printed card.
There is no nikah-only design yet. Families often pick Snow & Silk, Crystal Ballroom or Lantern Nights, which carry no religious imagery, and add the nikah, rukhsati and walima as functions with their own venues.
