Wedding guest list divider

Paste your guest list, one name per line with a phone number if you have it, under headings like Bride side, Groom side or Office. This free tool splits the list into sides and groups, removes repeats, turns Indian mobile numbers into +91 format, flags the ones that look wrong, and gives you a CSV to download. Nothing leaves your browser.

Bring the list into ShaadiMode and send every family its own invitation, with RSVP on WhatsApp.

How it works

How do you use the guest list divider?

Paste the list

One guest per line, like "Sharma uncle, 98290 12345". Add headings such as "Bride side:" or "Office:" above each part.

Check sides and groups

Lines under a bride or groom heading go to that side; other headings become groups. Change any row with the menus.

Fix repeats and numbers

Repeats by number or name are removed, numbers become +91 format, and numbers that are not 10 digits are flagged.

Download the CSV

Download everything, or one side at a time, and import it into ShaadiMode or a sheet.

Questions

Guest list divider, answered

How should I split a wedding guest list?

Split it first by side, bride's family and groom's family, then by group such as relatives, neighbours, office and friends. Groups make it easy to send each one the right functions.

What phone number format does the CSV use?

Indian mobile numbers are written as +91 followed by the 10-digit number, with spaces and dashes removed and a leading 0 or 91 dropped. Numbers from other countries are kept as typed if they start with +.

Is my guest list uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything runs in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us or stored. The CSV is made on your device.

How do I invite each group to different functions?

On ShaadiMode Plus, every family gets its own invitation link, and you choose which functions each family or group sees.
